Childbirth Education Classes for 2008
Including Information on:
Childbirth Education, Breastfeeding,
and Pre-Natal Water Exercise

Classes will be held from 7:00 - 9:15 p.m. in the Community Room of Vernon Memorial Hospital. The cost of these classes is $35.

Breast is Best
An opportunity to understand breastfeeding and learn techniques to make breastfeeding a rewarding experience for the family is available at VMH. The class includes a film, discussion and educational materials. All prospective parents are invited to attend. The class is sponsored by Vernon Memorial Hospital for a $10 fee. All classes are taught by a Certified Breastfeeding Educator at VMH from 6:30 - 8:00 pm.

Prenatal Water Aerobics
Water exercise during your pregnancy can leave you relaxed as well as relieving aches and pains. Meet with a qualified instructor and other pregnant women in Bigley Indoor Pool. Classes are ongoing, to fit your needs. $24 for 6 classes. Call 637-4298 to register.
