VERNON MEMORIAL HEALTHCARE WELLNESS CENTER FACILITIES

The VMH Wellness Center is located inside the hospital, on the main floor of the southwest end of the building. It consists of a large area with exercise and weight equipment; part of which is set up for cardiac rehab monitoring; a large gym; a small gym, lockers and showers; a racquetball court and warm water therapy pool and separate lockers on a lower level. Several T.V.s and a stereo provide entertainment for exercisers. The facilities are light-filled, modern, and well-maintained. Staff is always on hand to assist members.
