How to put more stress into your life…
1 No matter where you are going, always leave for the appointment at the time
you should be arriving. On the way there, drive or walk no further than two feet
from the car or person in front of you.
2 Plan to oversleep every morning.
3 Skip breakfast, lunch, and dinner. After midnight consume large quantities
of processed food and drink to make up for the food you missed during the day.
4 Consider the power of negative thinking.
5 Make a special effort to take note of irritations in your life and blow them
out of proportion.
6 Refuse to take action on nagging problems. Procrastinate, worry, and whenever
possible lose sleep over them.
7 Never read a book for pleasure or simply sit and listen to music.
8 When engaged in one activity, be sure to be thinking about another.
9 Always say yes, when you really mean no.
10 When a deadline is a week away, begin worrying about it. Worry for six days,
then begin working in a rushed manner. Meet the deadline without a minute to
spare, and then congratulate yourself on how well you work under pressure.
11 If you've been sleeping less than 4 hours a night, consider eliminating this
activity altogether.
12 When feeling stressed, take quick, shallow breaths until you hyperventilate
and pass out.The Community Health Educator can come to your corporation and offer
A Stress Management Program.
