When you welcome your baby into the world at the VMH Birthing Center, instead of waiting for weeks to share photos of your little one, you can share your news and your baby’s photo within a few days of the birth. With your consent, Birthing Center nursery staff will take a digital photo of your baby. All you have to do is fill out a brief form and give it to us as soon as possible. Our Marketing/Public Relations staff then creates a customized birth announcement that contains your little one’s photo and all of the important statistics.

For security and confidentiality purposes, we do not include any last names. You may wish to allow any visitor to our website to view your baby’s announcement, or you may control access by asking us to provide you with a password so that you can give this information to select people. Friends and family all over the world will be able to see your baby once you give them this information. Your baby’s announcement stays on the Web site for at least two months, and then it is deleted to make room for new announcements.
