20th Annual Foundation Golf Outing

The  VMH Foundation Golf Outing, happening on Friday, September 9th at the beautiful Viroqua Hills Golf Course in Viroqua, WI! Reserve your preferred Sponsor Package, donate a raffle item, or register your team by filling out the online form. You can also access a printable form here.

We are sold out of golf for this event, but we do still have one Hole Sponsorship available for $250! This is a great way to promote your business and support rural healthcare! This Best-Ball tournament starts at 11:00 am and also features hole events, games, bucket raffle, special gift, trophies for the winning teams, and a team photo!  Proceeds help us continue our mission to provide access to quality healthcare and wellness for people in our rural region. A gift to VMH Foundation is an impactful way to make a lasting contribution that improves the health and well-being of others. Vernon Memorial Healthcare is near and dear to most area residents — people who prefer staying close to home to receive quality healthcare.
